What are they, and why would we want one?
Great questions!! Ok...so what they are, is the hottest thing we've ever introduced. They are videos...hence the name...that are made using Hollywood CGI (you know....computer generated imagery....AKA ai) to create the scroll stopping videos using our fully edited listing photos.
So what you ask? So......no more blown out windows like normal real estate videos have by design. The cameras simply can not expose for both the interior light levels...and maintain the much brighter outdoor light leves as seen through the windows. Now' we've been fixing those windows in still shots for years. now.....we can make the video using those already corrected still shots. By harnessing the magic of ai, we bring those still shots to life. SOOOOOO....the windows are now corrected in the finished film. Plus, because we've already shot them... producing one of these takes zero extra time on scene, so its far less invasive to your sellers. And they cost a fraction of the price that actually filming by hand the actual video costs,
